Important Submission Guidelines

UTIITSL is an authorised PAN issuing agency alongside Protean (NSDL).
UTIITSL requires DIFFERENT dimensions and DPI from Protean/NSDL — do NOT use NSDL specs here.
Photograph must be square (213 × 213 px) and signature is wider (400 × 200 px).
